Certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant

Hi, I’m Amanda — the heart behind Dream Sage, and a certified gentle sleep consultant who supports families through the early years of sleep challenges.

My journey into sleep consulting began in a very real and personal way: as a mum preparing to return to work. At the time, I was a Payroll Manager in a large company, responsible for ensuring thousands of people got paid accurately and on time — a role that demands focus, precision, and high performance.
I knew that to return to that level of work, both my baby and I needed good, consistent sleep.

As I searched for sleep solutions that were gentle, effective, and baby-led, I developed a deep interest in infant sleep science and the emotional side of supporting parents through sleep struggles. What started as a personal need quickly became a passion — and eventually, a calling to help other families, especially mums balancing work and parenting.

Dream Sage was created to support tired families in a way that feels empowering, realistic, and most of all — gentle. I offer practical, evidence-based sleep support that’s always personalised to your child’s temperament and your parenting style.

My Philosophy

At Dream Sage, I believe that sleep support should be just as nurturing as it is effective. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to parenting — and sleep is no different. That’s why I work with families to create realistic, flexible plans that reflect their child’s needs and their values.

My role is not to push a strict routine or to encourage crying it out — it’s to support you with knowledge, strategies, and encouragement that feel right for your family.

My philosophy is built around five core values:
• Gentle Guidance
• Empathy First
• Realistic Support
• Empowerment Through Education
• Trust Without Judgment

I want families to feel supported, understood, and confident in their choices — knowing they don’t have to figure it out alone. With the right support, restful nights are possible — and it all starts with a plan that truly fits.
