Once you choose a package, you'll complete a detailed intake questionnaire to help me understand your child’s sleep habits and your family dynamic. From there, we’ll have a 1:1 consultation, where we will go over and discuss your personalised sleep plan. You’ll also receive follow-up support to help implement the plan confidently.

Life happens — and we’ll work with it. My plans include flexible strategies that can adapt to changes like regressions or illness. I’ll guide you on when to pause, adjust, or continue depending on what’s happening with your little one.

Absolutely. I offer mini consults, routine resets, and sleep walkthroughs — perfect if you just need a check-in or some fresh perspective without committing to a full support package.

Yes! I offer a sibling add-on for families working with two children on separate routines. If you’re supporting twins or multiples on the same plan, there’s no additional cost.
